Crop Cultivation Daily Routine Checklist (Daily Task List)
[Notice] This list contains the basic tasks to be done every day. The tasks may vary depending on the farm's situation and the type of crop. If you have any questions or problems, please take a picture and notify the manager via SNS immediately.

✅ Morning (Start of Work)
[ ] Overall facility check

Enter the greenhouse (house) and quickly scan the condition of all crops.
Check if there were any problems overnight (cold damage, malfunction of heating equipment, etc.).
Check if the automatic control system (computer) is working properly and if there are any warning messages.


[ ] Environmental system check

Check if the temperature and humidity are appropriate.
Check if the ventilation fans, windows, and shading screens are working normally.
Check if there are any problems with the irrigation (water) system and nutrient solution supply, and if there are any water leaks.


[ ] Examine crop conditions in detail

Check if there are any wilted leaves, leaves that have turned yellow, or areas with spots.
Carefully check if there are any new insects or diseases.
Check if there are any areas with insufficient or excessive water.


[ ] Prepare for today's tasks

Receive the main tasks to be done today from the manager.
Prepare the necessary tools (scissors, knives, carts, etc.) for the work and check if they are clean.


✅ Afternoon (Main tasks during the day)
[ ] Cultivation management tasks

(Required task) Remove side shoots (unnecessary new shoots).
(Required task) Remove old or diseased leaves.
Guide (fix) the stems of the crops to the designated strings.
Thin out unnecessary fruits (fruit thinning).
Remove weeds growing on the ground.


[ ] Harvesting tasks (only applicable during the harvest season)

Harvest only the well-ripened crops that meet the specified standards (size, color).
Handle the crops carefully so that they are not damaged.
Put the harvested crops in the designated boxes and move them to the designated place.


[ ] Pest and disease management

Report to the manager immediately if insects or diseased plants are seen during the work.
Check and report if there are many insects attached to sticky traps (insect traps).


✅ Finishing up (End of Work)
[ ] Cleaning up and organizing

Wipe all the tools used clean and put them back in their place.
Sweep the floor of the work area and gather the trash (cut leaves, weeds, etc.) and dispose of it in the designated place.
Check if the harvested crops have been stored in the correct place.


[ ] Final report and inspection

Report to the manager what tasks were done today and how much was harvested.
Report the photos taken of the problems (pests, facility malfunctions, etc.) found during the work again via sns.
Before leaving work, check one last time if the doors and windows are closed properly and if all the equipment that should be turned off has been turned off.
